The house has a great yard for lawn games with a path that leads to a river right out back! Kayak, paddle board, float in a tube or just sit out in the beautiful meadow. This is a favorite hangout spot!

There are 3 bathrooms and a free washer / dryer in the house. Free off-street parking for 8 cars (eligible for a UNH commuter pass) and a Wildcat transit bus stop is right out your front door!
